This is a weave embroidery design.

On the basket I have used weave embroidery. For the flowers and leaves , chain stitch.

Weave embroidery stitch:

Weave embroidery, also known as needle weaving or woven fill stitch, is a versatile technique in embroidery where threads are woven through the fabric to create textured and dimensional patterns. This method involves the interlacing of threads in a systematic manner, producing a woven effect that adds depth and visual interest to the embroidered surface.

Weave embrodiery usage:

  1. Weave embroidery can be used as filling the basket designs as I have shown in this design.
  2. It can be used to fill floral designs. It is better in big floral designs
  3. It can also be used as background for some embroidery.

This particula design can be used as motifs on skirt, shirts , bedsheets or dresses.
